We offer Business Continuity Support for new equipment purchases, known as BCS plans. Providing hardware replacement with loaner set whilst the faulty unit goes through the Return Merchandize Authorization (RMS) process. BCS plans would help to minimize the downtime of user’s operations. It is applicable for models which are still under the Official Warranty period. Customer will choose from the different tier of Business Continuity Support (BCS) as follows:-- Service response timing: – 8x5xNBD
- IAS service personnel contactable during office hours and service response by Next-Business-Day
- Service response timing: – 8x5x4
- IAS service personnel contactable during office hours and service response within 4 hours same business day
